Management Intern

You will be joining ARCHLE Labs - Advanced Research Centre For Health And Life Science Engineering, a health tech R&D startup located in Bangalore. The team comprises experienced healthcare professionals and entrepreneurs who are passionate about making a difference in the world by driving innovations to solve complex medical challenges and enhance human well-being using the power of science and engineering. As a Management Intern for the Founders Office, you will play a critical role in supporting the executive team with strategic initiatives, project management, and operational research. This internship provides hands-on experience in various business functions and offers extensive training in key areas such as HR, finance, accounting, operations, administration, and executive assistance. It presents an ideal opportunity for an ambitious individual eager to learn from top executives and gain exposure to high-level decision-making. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development, tracking, and implementation of key strategic projects and initiatives, conducting market research, competitive analysis, and internal assessments, collaborating with various departments to drive project timelines and manage deliverables, preparing presentations, reports, and briefing documents for the founders and senior leadership, and engaging in day-to-day operational management and process optimization initiatives. To qualify for this role, you should be currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, organizational skills, and adaptability are essential requirements. Previous internship or project experience in business strategy, consulting, or operations, a proactive, self-driven attitude, and demonstrated leadership experience are desired qualifications.
