Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Intern located in Delhi, India. The Management Intern will be responsible for assisting in various management activities, including event planning, vendor coordination, and client communication. The intern will support the management team in developing strategies, conducting market research, and implementing marketing campaigns. Additionally, the intern will be involved in preparing reports, analyzing data, and ensuring smooth execution of wedding events. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assist in event planning and vendor coordination Experience in market research and strategy development Basic knowledge of marketing and campaign implementation Proficient in data analysis and report preparation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Strong organizational and time management skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Previous experience or interest in the wedding industry is a plus

The role also encompasses developing and implementing strategies to enhance business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating with stakeholders. Qualifications Experience in New Business Development with atleast 5 years experience Strong Analytical Skills Excellent Communication skills Customer Service orientation Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field Knowledge of the wedding industry is a plus
