As a Management Intern for the Founders Office, you will play a critical role in supporting the executive team with strategic initiatives, project management, and operational research. This internship provides hands-on experience in various business functions and offers extensive training in key areas such as HR, finance, accounting, operations, administration, and executive assistance. Role Description: UI/UX Design Intern We are looking for a c reative and detail-oriented UI/UX Design Intern to join our growing product team. You will assist in designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces for our software applications that contribute to transforming healthcare experiences. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys blending creativity with usability, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to gain hands-on experience designing for real-world health-tech solutions. Key Responsibilities Assist in designing user interfaces for software applications. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify user needs and design opportunities. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma or similar tools. Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency. Work with product managers to translate business goals into design solutions. Maintain brand consistency across design elements and improve the visual experience.
