We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer – Faculty & Project Lead who can teach aspiring designers and also contribute to real-world projects. If you have a strong design background and enjoy mentoring, this role is perfect for you! Roles & Responsibilities: As a Faculty: Conduct interactive training sessions on UI/UX design principles, tools, and trends. Guide students on hands-on projects, case studies, and industry best practices. Develop and update course content, assignments, and learning materials. Provide mentorship, feedback, and career guidance to students. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX technologies and methodologies. Evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and help them build impressive portfolios. Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the curriculum and teaching approach. Provide insights on industry best practices and help students prepare for job interviews and freelancing opportunities. As a Project Lead: Work on live UI/UX projects for clients and internal initiatives. Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Collaborate with developers, graphic designers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life. Ensure high-quality, user-centric designs that align with project goals. Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining design consistency. Requirements: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work. In-depth knowledge of design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other prototyping tools. Strong understanding of User Experience principles, User Interface design, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing. Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching students. Prior teaching experience is an added advantage but not mandatory. Ability to break down complex design concepts into simple, understandable lessons. Why Join Us?
