Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic UI/UX Design Faculty with at least 2 years of teaching experience to join our creative education team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in UI/UX design principles, industry tools, and have a passion for mentoring the next generation of designers. Key Responsibilities: Conduct classroom and practical sessions on UI/UX design. Teach concepts like user research, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and usability testing. Train students on real-world projects, helping them build strong design portfolios. Develop and update course materials based on current design trends and tools. Mentor students on design thinking and creative problem-solving. Assist in curriculum development and assessments * Required Software & Technical Skills: Design & Prototyping Tools: Figma Adobe XD Sketch (optional but a plus) InVision / Marvel Graphic Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Bonus Skills (Preferred): Basic HTML5 & CSS3 (for UI integration understanding) Knowledge of Design Systems and Responsive Design Understanding of mobile design standards (iOS & Android) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in UI/UX or related design subjects. Strong design portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Passion for teaching, mentoring, and staying updated with design trends. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
