 We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Developer who can bridge the gap between design and development. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both UI/UX design principles and front-end development using React, as well as experience integrating with Laravel or CodeIgniter backends. You’ll be responsible for transforming user requirements into visually appealing, responsive, and high-performing web interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define and implement user-centered designs.

Design and develop responsive, interactive, and intuitive front-end interfaces.

Convert UI/UX mockups from Figma or Adobe XD into pixel-perfect front-end code using HTML, CSS, and React.

Integrate front-end components with backend systems built on Laravel and CodeIgniter.

Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, and optimal performance across all devices.

Maintain and enhance existing projects by improving usability, performance, and visual appeal.

Follow best practices for UI/UX consistency, accessibility, and maintainability.

Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions to ensure seamless product delivery.

Stay updated with modern UI trends, design frameworks, and web development technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or Front-End Developer with design knowledge.

Strong proficiency in:

HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)

React.js and modern UI libraries (e.g., MUI, Tailwind CSS)

Laravel or CodeIgniter frameworks

Ability to translate Figma/Adobe XD designs into functional, reusable React components.

Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend systems.

Knowledge of responsive design principles, accessibility, and cross-platform optimization.

Familiarity with version control (Git/GitHub) and build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.).

Strong attention to detail with a focus on user experience and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience in Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop for UI/UX design work.

Familiarity with design systems and component-driven architecture.

Experience with Laravel Blade templates or integrating APIs with React-Laravel stacks.

Basic understanding of UX research, wireframing, and user testing.

Experience with animations, GSAP, or Framer Motion for micro-interactions.

Understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows.
