We help clients exceed marketing and sales goals by delivering qualified Sales leads and Opportunities. Role Overview- We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback. 2. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. 3. Design the UI/UX for web and mobile applications. 4. Create wire-frames, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps. 5. Translate concepts into user flows, wire-frames, mock-ups, and prototypes. 6. Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. 7. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. 8. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks. 9. Create and maintain digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mock ups. 10. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders. 11. Conduct usability testing to gauge the effectiveness of UI/UX design solutions. 12. Iterate based on feedback and insights. Requirements: 1. Proven UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio. 2. Proficiency in Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or other visual design and wireframing tools. 3. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping. 4. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. 5. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. 6. Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. 7. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.
