Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging and interactive lessons on UI/UX design principles, tools, and techniques.
• Mentor and guide students in their design projects, providing constructive feedback and fostering their creative growth.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in UI/UX design and integrate them into the curriculum.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and improve the design program's content and structure.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and guest lectures to enrich students' learning experiences.
• Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and other institutional activities.
• Contribute to the overall academic and creative environment of the institution.
  

Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and expertise.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• A genuine passion for teaching and a desire to nurture the next generation of designers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex design concepts to students.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies and best practices.
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
