What You'll Be Doing:

• Own the Design Process: Take the lead on projects from discovery and research to wireframes, prototyping, and hand-off.
• Build User-Focused Solutions: Design sleek, functional, and user-friendly interfaces that enhance digital interactions.
• Visual Storytelling: Create everything from wireframes to polished UIs—plus branding elements like logos, banners, and icons.
• Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless design-to-development transition.
• Mentor Future Talent: Lead by example, support junior designers, and foster a team environment built on trust and feedback.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep tabs on design trends, best practices, and tools to keep our solutions fresh and competitive.

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with 1–2 years in a leadership or mentorship role
• Strong command over design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
• Solid experience in website and mobile app UI/UX design
• Ability to work on visual design assets such as logos, icons, and banners
• A sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of user behavior
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
