We're seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive experiences that simplify complex real estate journeys while maintaining premium quality and trust.

What You'll Do

• Design comprehensive user flows for mobile and web - from property browsing to verified connections
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and micro-interactions that enhance property discovery experiences
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems ensuring product-brand alignment
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams for smooth implementation and rapid iteration
• Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and ensure intuitive user experiences

What We Are Looking For

• 3-4 years of UI/UX design experience with shipped digital products
• Expert-level Figma proficiency (components, auto-layout, prototyping, dev handoff)
• Strong wireframing and prototyping skills with iterative design methodology
• Mobile-first design expertise across iOS, Android, and responsive web
• Deep understanding of user research, personas, and journey mapping
• Solid grasp of typography, colour theory, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Portfolio demonstrating clean, modern design aesthetics in live products

Nice to Have

• Motion design skills (Figma Smart Animate, Lottie, After Effects)
• User research experience (A/B testing, user interviews, usability studies)
• Familiarity with collaboration tools (Zeplin, FigJam, Jira)
