UI/UX Designer

Role

We are hiring an on-site UI/UX Designer for our Kolkata office. You will create mockups, visual designs, and interactive prototypes, run quick user research and testing, and work closely with front-end developers to ship clean, user-friendly interfaces that align with project goals.

What you will do

Design high-quality screens, flows, and prototypes in
Framer
and
Figma
Translate requirements into simple, usable interfaces across web and mobile
Run lightweight user research, usability tests, and iterate based on feedback
Prepare developer-ready handoffs with specs and assets; support during implementation
Maintain design systems, components, and documentation
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to meet timelines

Must-have skills

Strong
Framer
experience (interactive prototypes and handoff)
Proficiency in
Figma
and visual design fundamentals (layout, type, grids)
Experience with user experience design, research, and testing
Clear problem-solving approach and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork; comfortable working on-site

Good to have

Basic front-end understanding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to work smoothly with developers
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch (optional)
Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design

Bachelor’s in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or strong portfolio in lieu)
