Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire design lifecycle, from user research and wireframing to prototypes and final delivery.
• Translating sophisticated AI concepts and complex workflow dependencies into a clean, intuitive, and visual user interface.
• Work directly with our early enterprise customers and users to understand their needs, pain points, and journeys.
• Work hand-in-hand with the engineers to iterate on designs, using prototypes to validate concepts and ensure flawless implementation.
• Create and evolve a cohesive design system and visual language from the ground up, establishing principles for typography, colour, components, and interaction patterns.
• Embrace a fast-paced, iterative design process, using feedback and data to continuously refine and improve the user experience.

Experience Required

• A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to tackle complex application design (B2B, SaaS, developer tools).
• Proven experience designing interfaces for sophisticated and interactive products.
• Proficiency in the entire design stack, user flows, wireframing, high-fidelity visual design, and interactive prototyping using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience or strong interest in AI, Machine Learning, data visualization, or workflow automation tools.
• Good knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) to facilitate realistic collaboration with engineers.
• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions to enhance usability and delight.
• Experience conducting formal user research and usability testing.
