UI/UX Designer

Luscious Leopard is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our team on-site in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be skilled in creating engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing designs, primarily for websites.

Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype user interfaces for websites using Figma.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to implement design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and improve designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
• Ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience across all platforms.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing website designs.
• Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
• Experience working with E-Commerce brands is a must.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate fluently in English.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Ability to work on-site in Indore; this is not a remote or hybrid position.
• A commitment to long-term collaboration and growth within the company.
