UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability and interaction.
• Apply principles of Interaction Design to create intuitive user flows, micro-interactions, and responsive behaviors.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts.
• Maintain and contribute to a consistent design system and UI style guide.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Must have 01 to 03 years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work, especially examples of interaction design, micro-interactions, or motion-based interfaces.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Experience with prototyping tools like InVision, Framer, or Principle.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus.
