Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer who can transform ideas, workflows, and business needs into elegant, functional, and visually engaging digital interfaces. You will collaborate closely with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to design seamless experiences across web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business needs, user journeys, and product goals.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web apps, mobile apps, and SaaS platforms.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and refine user experiences.
• Maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Contribute to branding, visual assets, and marketing creatives when required.
• Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, and design standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work (web + mobile).
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and responsive layouts.
• Strong visual design foundation: typography, colors, spacing, and layout.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (optional but beneficial).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards, or enterprise applications.
• Understanding of component-based design and design systems.
• Ability to break down complex workflows into simple, user-friendly solutions.
• Experience with motion/interaction design (optional).
