UI/UX Designer

Role Overview: As a UI/UX Designer at Johnson Controls, you will be responsible for designing, building, and creating innovative and intuitive experiences for the customer portal, which will be built on Salesforce and other enterprise systems. Qualifications Required: - Completed a bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or advanced degree program. - 7+ years of experience in UI/UX designing. - Growth mindset with an understanding of user experience, design principles, and methodologies. - Proficiency in UX/UI design and methodologies, communication, storytelling, and problem-solving. - Basic understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and best practices. - Experience creating experiences across devices, including desktop, mobile web, mobile app, and enterprise software. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities. - Ability to ask insightful questions, actively listen, and support teams. - Passion for superior design and creating sustainable experiences. - Comfortable interacting and collaborating with teammates globally.
