Job Title: UI UX Designer & Web Designer

Experience: 4+ Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative UI UX Designer & Web Designer with strong hands-on experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 3/4,5 and Adobe Photoshop, Figma. The ideal candidate should be passionate about web design best practices, with the ability to transform UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and cross-browser compatible interfaces. This role requires deep attention to detail in layout, typography, and color usage, along with a solid understanding of front-end application structure.

Key Responsibilities:

UI Development & Integration

• Convert UI designs into clean, responsive, and reusable HTML/CSS/Bootstrap code.
• Develop custom HTML5 ,CSS & CSS3 All Bootstrap frameworks as per project structure.
• Design and build UI components such as buttons, forms, tables, and navigation systems with Design System & Style Guide.

Graphic Designs & Art Works

• Design banners, logos, SVG Icons and other creative visual assets like Bouchers using Adobe Photoshop and Figma.
• Maintain consistency by adhering to brand and design guidelines (fonts, colors, imagery).

Application Framework & Structure

• Develop and maintain front-end application frameworks.
• Collaborate with design and development teams for seamless integration.

Style Guide Creation (Design System)

• Headings
• Typography
• Font Awesome (Icons)
• Bootstrap Components
• Colors
• Branding (Logo, Brand Assets)
• Tables
• Form Elements
• Buttons
• Grid & Layout
• Navigation (Menus, Breadcrumbs, Tabs)
• Cards / Panels
• Alerts & Notifications
• Badges / Labels / Tags
• Modal & Popups
• Images & Media
• Spacing & Sizing
• Shadows & Borders

Responsive Web Design (RWD)

• Ensure interfaces adapt fluidly to all screen sizes and devices.
• Implement best practices for mobile-first and responsive design.
• Viewport meta tag
• Flexible grid (fluid layout)
• Responsive images/media
• Media queries at strategic breakpoints
• Mobile-first approach

Cross-Browser Compatibility

• Test and ensure UI consistency across major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).
• -webkit- Chrome, Safari, newer Edge, Opera
• -moz- Firefox
• -ms- Internet Explorer & old Edge (Edge HTML engine)
• -o- Very old Opera (before v15, now Chromium-based uses -webkit-)

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of modern web design principles by considering UI-UX Principles.
• Excellent grasp of layout structures, Dashboard , Websites, Mobile Apps, with approved UI UX Mockups, With Design System / UI Style Guide.
• Experience designing for both mobile and web applications (Dashboard Templates).
• Up-to-date knowledge of UI UX and Front End HTML ,CSS and Bootstrap and Font-awesome trends and tools like PS and Figma.
• Ability to work independently and manage Live project timelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with front-end JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git).
• Exposure to tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
