UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the concept and analyzing the requirements. The success of an app that thrives in the market depends heavily on how well the analysis process is executed.
• Should have an eye for clean, artful design and possess strong UI skills to translate high-level requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Convert requirements into interaction flows, wireframes, and visual mockups that result in beautiful, functional, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Wireframing the scope of work, converting the scope into structured sketches and layout drafts.
• Designing pixel-perfect user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure that your designs speak for themselves, if a design needs an explanation, it’s not a good design.
• Apply AI-enabled design practices to enhance creativity, efficiency, and personalization in design outputs.
• Follow a user-first design approach, ensuring that every element serves the end user’s needs effectively.
• Engage in deep thinking to understand user behavior, business goals, and product vision before finalizing design solutions.

Skills:

• Experience required: 2–4 years.
• Proven experience in designing mobile and web interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe XD.
• Ability to create designs that communicate clearly at first glance, “Less is more.”
• End-user focused: if functionality can be achieved in two clicks, but your design takes three, it’s not a great user experience.
• Skilled in rapid prototyping to save time and communicate design flow effectively.
• Strong communication skills, as you will coordinate directly with clients and internal teams.
• Frontend experience is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
