Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Fresher - 1 Year Experience) Location: Onsite Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: 0–1 Year Industry: IT / Software Development / Design About the Role: We’re looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to join our design team. This is a great opportunity for freshers or entry-level designers to gain hands-on experience in designing user-friendly web and mobile interfaces. You'll work closely with senior designers, developers, and product teams to create smooth, intuitive, and engaging user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Assist in designing UI for websites and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Support the team in conducting user research and usability testing. Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation aligns with the design intent. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to improve the product experience. Help maintain and update design systems and style guides. Adapt designs for different devices and screen sizes (responsive design). Requirements: A degree/diploma in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or currently pursuing). Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design. Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop , etc. Good visual design sense – color theory, typography, layout. Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow as a designer. Good communication and teamwork skills. Portfolio of projects (college, freelance, personal) is a must. Nice to Have (Not Mandatory): Understanding of HTML/CSS basics. Exposure to tools like Canva, Webflow, or prototyping platforms. Experience in using design systems or component libraries. What We Offer: Mentorship from experienced UI/UX designers.
