Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and forward-thinking UI/UX Designer with a strong interest in AI-driven user experiences to join our dynamic team. This role blends creativity with curiosity around AI tools and systems, and involves designing visually appealing, intelligent, and user-friendly interfaces. You will also design marketing collaterals such as social media graphics, infographics, and eBooks.

Your designs will not only be human-centered but also optimized to work alongside AI systems and assist in crafting intelligent interactions between users and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, responsive, and AI-assisted interfaces for websites and digital products that deliver smart user experiences.
• Collaborate with product and AI teams to design UI flows that incorporate AI-generated content, recommendations, or user personalization.
• Translate data insights and user behavior (including AI-processed inputs) into design decisions.
• Create visually stunning and engaging graphics for AI-powered marketing campaigns, social media posts, infographics, and eBooks.
• Participate in UX research and user testing, and apply findings to improve both human and AI interactions.
• Maintain a consistent visual language across AI interfaces and traditional digital experiences.
• Stay updated with emerging AI design trends (like Chat UI, prompt engineering, adaptive UIs).

Required Skills:

• UI/UX Design: Solid understanding of user-centered and AI-augmented design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and crafting adaptive interfaces for web/mobile.
• AI Integration Awareness: Experience or understanding of how design intersects with AI technologies—like chatbots, personalization systems, recommendation engines, or generative AI content tools.
• Graphic Design: Strong eye for visual storytelling across social media and digital formats (eBooks, infographics).
• Product Design: Ability to design elegant interfaces that balance visual appeal with AI-powered functionality and clarity.

Nice-to-Have (AI-Relevant Tools or Exposure):

• Experience designing for AI-powered products, e.g., chat interfaces, predictive tools, smart dashboards.
• Familiarity with generative design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly).
• Experience with prompt engineering for text/image output tools to accelerate design iterations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
