JOB TITLE-UI/UX DESIGN

JOB SUMMARY-

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional digital experiences, with a strong eye for detail, user-centered design, and intuitive interfaces. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design engaging products that meet both user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes to illustrate user journeys and UI elements.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Translate concepts into user-friendly designs that are visually appealing and functionally robust.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and brand guidelines.
• Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate and improve the user experience.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating UX and UI design skills.
