UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience in designing visually appealing and intuitive digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and improve designs.
• Optimize UI/UX designs based on feedback, data, and usability standards.
• Maintain consistency in design by following brand guidelines and design systems.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (a plus).
• Experience with user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating user-friendly designs.
• A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work.
