UI/UX Designer

As a UX designer, you will be responsible for designing software and platforms that cater to user needs. You must possess a blend of analytical and creative skills to conceptualize and execute the overall functionality of the product, ensuring an excellent user experience. Your primary goal will be to enhance the user-friendliness and intuitiveness of our product to attract and retain users effectively. Your key responsibilities will include executing deliveries necessary for product or project launches, fostering clear communication within the team and with clients, and staying well-informed about the product you are working on. It is crucial to have a deep understanding of user needs or project requirements and the ability to articulate your design rationale effectively to the team. In addition, you should stay updated with industry trends and continuously enhance your knowledge and skills. Documenting the design process of projects, negotiating UX strategies with clients, adhering to project timelines, and collaborating with team members to exchange ideas are integral parts of this role. Desirable qualifications for this position include a degree in HCI disciplines like UI Design, Interaction Design, Information Design, or Industrial Design, accompanied by a portfolio showcasing a strong inclination towards UX Design. Any relevant workshops or certifications in UI/UX design would be advantageous. Alternatively, a degree in Graphic Design/Applied Arts with demonstrable expertise in UX Design is also acceptable. A promising skill set and knowledge in the design field, along with proficiency in spoken and written English, are essential.
