Job Description

UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and user needs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve designs.
Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
Translate complex workflows into simple and effective user interfaces.
Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation.
Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
1–3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator
.
Experience with prototyping tools and design systems.
Understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end frameworks.
Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
Familiarity with agile development processes.
