UI/UX Designer (0–5 Years Experience)

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a UI/UX Designer. The role is based in Pune, with flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include creating user-centered designs through mockups, prototypes, and visual design tools, enhancing user experience, and supporting front-end development processes.

What You’ll Do

• Understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive interfaces
• Create

  wireframes, prototypes, user flows

  , and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct UX research and usability testing to improve product journeys
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams
• Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across platforms
• Deliver pixel-perfect UI for both

  web and mobile applications

What We`re Looking For

0–2 Years (Entry Level / Freshers)

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles (typography, layout, color)
• Familiarity with

  Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

• Ability to create clean UI and simple user journeys
• A good design portfolio (academic, project-based, or freelance)

2–5 Years (Experienced):

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end design projects
• Strong command over

  Figma

  (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
• Ability to conduct research, create personas, and map UX flows
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of responsive design and design systems
