UI/UX Design Intern

Salary range: Rs 200000 - Rs 300000 (ie INR 2-3 LPA)

What You'll Do

2) Solution Ideation & Rapid Iteration

3) Execution Support (Guided)

• Problem Understanding & Design Thinking
• Learn product context from Product and Design teams, including user needs, business goals, and constraints.
• Ask thoughtful clarifying questions and summarize requirements in simple, structured terms.
• Identify key user pain points and define what successful outcomes look like.
• Create rough user flows, wireframes, and multiple solution options (low-fidelity designs are acceptable).
• Iterate quickly based on feedback from designers and product stakeholders.
• Improve usability and clarity across mobile apps, mobile web, and desktop experiences.
• Design essential UI screens and key states with guidance from the team.
• Assist with basic UX microcopy to reduce user confusion and improve clarity.
• Support basic QA by validating that implemented screens align with intended user flows and designs.
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to simplify complex or ambiguous problems.
• Openness to feedback and the ability to iterate and improve quickly.
• Solid fundamentals in UI/UX design principles (user flows, hierarchy, clarity).
• Working knowledge of Figma sufficient for collaboration.
• Full-time availability for 6 months, based on-site in Hyderabad.
  

Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• A portfolio or case study demonstrating design thinking (student projects are welcome).
• Basic writing skills for UX microcopy and interface text.

• Ability to understand problems and ask the right questions.
• Quality and rationale of proposed design solutions.
• Speed of iteration and responsiveness to feedback.
