About the Role

Assistant Manager – Content Design


Key Responsibilities

  • Create, review, and refine UX content, copywriting, and content design to deliver customer-centric experiences.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, design, and compliance teams to ensure content aligns with brand, legal, and regulatory standards.
  • Coach, mentor, and guide team members on content best practices, tone of voice, accessibility, and inclusivity.
  • Lead content development processes, ensuring consistency, scalability, and governance across platforms.
  • Use tools such as

    Figma and GenAI

    to accelerate high-quality content creation.
  • Contribute to design systems, content guidelines, and governance frameworks.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, negotiate solutions, and influence decision-making at multiple levels.
  • Leverage SEO and accessibility best practices to improve digital performance and inclusivity.


Requirements

  • 4–8 years of

    relevant experience in financial services

    content design, UX writing, or copywriting.
  • Proven ability to lead or mentor teams of content designers/writers.
  • Strong experience working in

    Agile

    environments with designers, POs, and compliance teams.
  • Familiarity with

    content governance, pattern libraries, and design systems

    .
  • Hands-on knowledge of

    SEO, accessibility, inclusivity, and app development pipelines

    .
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.


Good to Have

  • Experience in developing

    brand guides, training modules, or complex content models

    .
  • Exposure to building

    SharePoint sites, team KPIs/OKRs, and brand training programs

    .
