We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RPA Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in automating business processes and enhancing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in UiPath, a proven track record of success in developing and implementing RPA solutions, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Identify and analyze business processes for automation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain RPA bots to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve RPA bot issues.
• Collaborate with other IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest UiPath features and best practices.
• Participate in Agile development methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• To be able to train junior resources

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-8 years of relevant experience in RPA development
• Proven expertise in UiPath development and configuration
• Strong understanding of business process automation principles
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Certified UiPath RPA Developer
• Experience with Document Understanding is a plus.

Additional Skills:

• Experience with other RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Power Automate or Blue Prism
• Programming skills in VBA, C#, VB.NET, or Java
• Experience with web scraping and data extraction techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of Service Now & Jira would be a plus
