Support deployment and configuration of Blue Prism environments across development, test, and production. Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership (for Lead/Architect roles). Integrate RPA with OCR, IDP tools (e.g., Decipher, Interact), and AI/ML components where applicable. Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. Develop reusable components and libraries to improve efficiency and maintainability. Stay current with RPA trends and Blue Prism advancements, adopting new features and best practices. Primary Skills 210 years of hands-on experience in RPA development with BluePrism Proficiency in Blue Prism Studio , Control Room , and Object Studio . Strong understanding of Blue Prism architecture and REFramework . Experience with .NET , VB.NET , or C# for custom code integration. Familiarity with SQL and database operations. Knowledge of web services/APIs (REST/SOAP) integration. Experience with OCR tools (Google OCR, Microsoft OCR) and IDP platforms like Decipher and Interact . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to create reusable components and follow best practices. Good communication and documentation skills. Role & responsibilities Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and assess feasibility.
