UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

Lead the
end-to-end design process
from user research, wireframing, and prototyping to final UI design.
Create
user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver
pixel-perfect designs
.
Conduct
usability testing
and incorporate user feedback to continuously refine designs.
Define and maintain
design systems, style guides, and reusable components
.
Stay updated with
latest design trends, tools, and best practices
in UI/UX.

Required Qualifications & Skills

7–8 years of proven experience as a
UI/UX Designer
(preferably in SaaS, enterprise, or consumer-facing applications).
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in
UI design, UX research, and interaction design
.
Proficiency with
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
.
Solid understanding of
responsive design, accessibility, and cross-platform design principles
.
Experience working in
agile, cross-functional teams
.
Strong communication skills to present ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

Experience with
motion/interaction design tools
(Framer, Principle, After Effects).
Familiarity with
frontend development basics
(HTML, CSS, React) for better collaboration with developers.
Exposure to
designing for AI-powered products
or data-heavy dashboards.
