Job Title: UI Lead Role. Location: Remote / Pan India, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Hyderabad Notice Period: Immediate iSource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of UI Lead Role. About the Role - Must be very strong in technical skills. Must have hands-on experience on HTML, CSS and JavaScript. (Knowing React is added advantage) Should know responsive design and UI animations. Experience with design systems and reusable UI components. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG). Knowledge in Git Experience working with Figma to review and implement designs. Should help developers with coding challenges and guide them to follow best practices. Should be able to do code review and find issues ahead. Teach and mentor the team to improve their skills. Good communication skills and the ability to work with different teams. Must know how to solve performance issues like CLS and LCP. Must know debugging.
