UI Lead

Location: Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai
Experience: 5-7 Yrs Skills Required: 1) Team Management Exposure. 1)Good knowledge of React and JavaScript 2)Good knowledge of NodeJS and Express 3)Good knowledge of SQL with MySql 4)Good knowledge of testing(Unit testing, integration testing and Cypress) 5) Experience in cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP is a plus 6) Working knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker & Kubernetes is a plus Key responsibilities: Works with senior team members with a broader overview on the project Participates in communications with partners and clients, when needed Ability to write simple solution and maintainable code Excited to bring ideas to solve new user experience features Understands and follows the release processes in the company Participates in requirements analysis, development, unit testing and documentation Writes quality code to fit unique customer needs and configurations Troubleshoots and debugs (with guidance from senior team members if needed) Delivers trainings and participates in knowledge sharing Achieves better understanding of the company platform and processes and suggests improvements Self-driven (e. g: can pick up skills , as the need arises)

Key responsibilities:
Participates in the entire software development cycle - requirements analysis, design and development, unit testing and documentation Responsible for long-term code reusability and stability Proactively identifies security, usability etc. issues and formulates strategies to resolve them Works independently, without guidance, with broader overview on the project Takes ownership for the delivery of complex application features and resolves key technical issues related to the assigned project Complies with estimation process and is responsible for accurate personal estimates Develops required software features, achieving timely and quality delivery Delivers trainings and participates in knowledge sharing Mentors new software engineers in the team Integrates new technologies Understands and follows the release processes in the company
