UI Lead

Role Overview: As a UI Lead, you will be expected to possess the following skills and experiences: Key Responsibilities: - Very strong technical skills with hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of React is an added advantage. - Proficiency in responsive design and UI animations. - Experience with design systems and creating reusable UI components. - Familiarity with accessibility standards, specifically WCAG. - Knowledge of Git for version control. - Experience in working with Figma to review and implement designs. - Ability to assist developers with coding challenges and guide them in following best practices. - Proficient in conducting code reviews to identify and address issues proactively. - Capability to teach and mentor team members to enhance their skills. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams. - Proficiency in solving performance issues such as Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) and Largest Contentful Paint (LCP). - Strong debugging skills.
