UI Lead

As a UI Lead at Barclays, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of location strategy projects to plan, budget, agreed quality, and governance standards. You will spearhead the evolution of the digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence to ensure unparalleled customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring scalability, maintainability, and optimized performance of the code. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Participate in code reviews, promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing. - Stay updated on industry technology trends, contribute to fostering a culture of technical excellence and growth. - Adhere to secure coding practices to protect sensitive data and ensure secure software solutions. - Implement effective unit testing practices for proper code design, readability, and reliability. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience with JavaScript, React JS, Redux, Angular, Unit testing (Jest, enzyme, React testing library), HTML, CSS, Styled components, ES6, Typescript. - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. - Problem-solving and analytical skills. - Knowledge of build tools, CI/CD.
