To be successful as a Software Engineer you should have experience with: Previous experience of development and support on RPA tool (Ui Path). Comprehensive and evident understanding of Microsoft Technology (C#, VB.NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services). Willingness and ability to use their existing RPA knowledge to rapidly learn how to develop automations using UIpath . Analysis of business requirements and create POCs on UIpath and demonstrate the solution to business. Experience of the full project lifecycle, including technical design, development, testing, defect fixing and post-implementation support in Uipath. Some Other Highly Valued Skills Include Experience on development in-house automation tools like RPA – Blueprism. Exposure to structured methodologies. Exposure to Machine learning and AI. jBPM. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance. Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions. Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
