UI Developer

Responsibilities: Must be able to work with multidisciplinary groups. Work closely with UI team, front end developers and test engineers to implement elegant and easy to use solutions, and conceptualize original ideas. Translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. Need to have a talent to identify UX Design components and make them as reusable components. Understand technical constraints and business objectives to solve problems effectively. Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship for a multi-disciplinary team of strategists and developers while acknowledging issues and risks on project / receiving feedback. Identify any gaps in requirements and effectively communicate with the team to get a resolution for the conflict. Work with product owners and key stakeholders to brainstorm and identify opportunities, executing them as a flawless part of the overall UI development. Mentor team to track day to day work and update project management team. Strong Entrepreneurial and Product Development drive, and a passion to work in a dynamic environment Ideal candidate should have: Very good technical knowledge on web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, SASS, and the understanding of DOM Cross device and browser development experience / identify issues and find quick solutions An understanding information architecture / content choreography / layouts / UX trends / thinking mobile first, and knowledge responsive web development technics. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Following guidelines and best practices on UI development lifecycle. Having Good Experience in React/React JS
