UI Designer

We are seeking a user-experience (UX) designer with the ability to grasp our business requirements and technical limitations. As a UX designer, you will be responsible for conducting user research, interviews, and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Your role will also involve designing the overall functionality of the product and iterating upon it based on user feedback to ensure an exceptional user experience. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of UX design experience, with a preference for those who have worked on designing complex solutions for digital environments. Proficiency in standard UX software like Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, InVision, UXPin, and Figma is essential. Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript would be advantageous. You should be able to collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and design user experiences that align with their vision. Your responsibilities will include translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to create intuitive user experiences. You will play a key role in researching, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing digital products to bring the client's vision to life. Additionally, you will design wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups for various devices and interfaces, identifying and solving design issues along the way. We are looking for someone who can make strategic design decisions, take a user-centered approach, and iterate designs quickly based on feedback. You should have strong communication skills to effectively convey design processes and ideas to teams and clients.
