UI Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding user behavior, solving design challenges, and creating intuitive, engaging interfaces. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions. Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for websites and applications. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions. Translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions. Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design outputs. Continuously iterate and improve designs based on feedback and analytics. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility best practices. Good communication and collaboration skills.
