UI/UX Designer

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets for mobile and web platforms. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the user experience. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Requirements: Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc. Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps. Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design. Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field (preferred). Nice to Have: Experience with basic front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript). Motion design or animation skills. Experience working in agile/scrum development processes.
