Role Overview: We are looking for a UI Designer (3-8 years) to create intuitive, visually appealing, and engaging interfaces for our gaming platforms. You will collaborate closely with Product Designers, developers, and product managers to bring concepts to life, ensuring an exceptional user experience across mobile and web applications. Key Responsibilities: • Design visually compelling and highly functional user interfaces for mobile and web applications. • Work closely with Product Designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into high-fidelity UI designs. • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components to ensure consistency across products. • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI elements. • Stay updated with the latest UI and gaming industry design trends to enhance user engagement. • Conduct UI testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and performance data. • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and design critiques to refine and enhance product experiences. Qualifications: • 3-8 years of experience in UI design for mobile and web applications (gaming industry experience is a plus). • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or other design tools. • Strong portfolio showcasing UI design skills, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory. • Understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices and responsive design principles. • Basic knowledge of Motion Design (After Effects, Lottie, or similar tools) is a plus. • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (a plus but not mandatory). • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs. • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment and communicate design decisions effectively.
