Description
Role We are looking for a highly skilled UI Designer who can craft elegant, functional, and delightful digital interfaces. The ideal candidate has an eye for clean design, deep empathy for users, and the technical fluency to bring high-level ideas to life. You will work across product, design, and engineering to shape experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with the latest design and AI-powered workflows. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to define and deliver best-in-class UI experiences Translate product requirements into detailed interaction flows, prototypes, and visual mockups Improve and maintain accessible design systems that scale across platforms Communicate design decisions clearly and defend rationale in cross-functional reviews Lead or participate in usability testing, user interviews, and research synthesis Stay updated on new design paradigms and experiment with cutting-edge tools and technologies Requirements and skills 3+ years of proven UI/Visual Design experience with a compelling portfolio showcasing real product work Strong command over modern design tools, including: Figma for UI/UX design and design system workflows Protopie, play, rive for advanced interaction and motion design After effects for high-fidelity animations and micro-interactions Figma dev mode or storybook for seamless design handoff Proficiency in creating wireframes, user flows, interaction specs, and scalable components Solid understanding of accessibility, usability heuristics, and responsive design Familiarity with frontend frameworks or ability to effectively communicate with developers .
