Job Description

Critical Skills to Possess:

Proficient in testing RESTful APIs and debugging via browser tools.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a strong attention to detail;
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written; Self-starter,
quick learner, and able to work independently;
Comfortable identifying root causes and thinking critically under pressure
3+ years of experience in QA, testing complex, multi-layered systems;
Strong hands-on experience with both client-side and server-side testing
Experience working in Linux-based environments.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or similar.
Prior experience with UAT testing and/or direct interaction with customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience

Roles and Responsibilities

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand how customers interact with our products in real-world scenarios.
Design, develop, execute, and maintain end-to-end test cases for both web and mobile applications—across new features and customer-specific customizations.
Perform a combination of white-box and black-box testing to uncover defects across system layers.
Identify, analyze, and report issues, collaborating with product and technical teams to ensure timely resolution.
Recommend improvements to product behavior and user experience based on test findings.
Stay current on testing tools, technologies, and best practices.
