UAT Order Management Lead

The ideal candidate will have operational experience in order-to-cash processes and the flexibility to either execute testing activities under business SME guidance or temporarily backfill operational tasks during project execution.

Key Responsibilities

UAT activities for Order Management processes

• Collaborate with business SMEs and IT teams to ensure test coverage aligns with pharma operational requirements.

• If required, backfill operational tasks in Order Management to maintain business continuity during project phases.

• Act as a liaison between IT and business teams, translating technical requirements into business context.

• Ensure compliance with client testing standards and governance.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong Order Management process expertise (Order-to-Cash lifecycle).

SAP Order Management modules.

UAT methodologies and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
