Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for UAE and GCC-based clients from sourcing to onboarding.
Manage
contract and contract-to-hire (C2H)
positions, ensuring quick turnaround and quality submissions.
Source candidates through
job portals (Naukri Gulf, Bayt, LinkedIn)
, referrals, and headhunting.
Screen candidates for
technical and cultural fit
, verifying relocation readiness and visa status.
Negotiate offers, finalize contracts, and coordinate with clients for onboarding and documentation.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring UAE requirements.
Ensure compliance with
UAE labor laws and visa regulations
.
Build strong client relationships through timely updates and delivery excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum
2 years
of experience in
UAE / GCC recruitment
.
Strong exposure to
contract and C2H hiring
for IT and Non-IT roles.
Proven experience sourcing through
LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, Bayt, Monster Gulf
, and social platforms.
Excellent understanding of
UAE job market, visa types, and salary structures
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Immediate joiners preferred.
