Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Tyre Sales Manager in UP for sales operations, expand dealer networks, and drive business growth across multiple states. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in TBB tyre sales, an existing network of dealers, and a proven track record of achieving targets in North India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth for tyre segments (as applicable).
• Develop and manage a robust dealer/distributor network.
• Identify and onboard new business partners, retailers, and institutional clients.
• Monitor sales performance, pricing strategy, and competitor activities in the region.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for local campaigns, promotions, and branding.
• Ensure timely order fulfilment, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee collections, and resolve channel conflicts effectively.
• Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in TBB tyre sales in Uttar Pradesh.
• Strong knowledge of the North Indian tyre market and regional dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English (other regional languages are a plus).
• Willingness to travel extensively across the northern states.

Preferred Background:

• Prior experience with leading tyre brands Exposure
• Experience of working in truck tyre (TBB) division

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
