Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and driven Tyre Sales Manager in UP for sales operations, expand dealer networks, and drive business growth across multiple states. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in TBB tyre sales, an existing network of dealers, and a proven track record of achieving targets in North India. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales growth for tyre segments (as applicable). Develop and manage a robust dealer/distributor network. Identify and onboard new business partners, retailers, and institutional clients. Monitor sales performance, pricing strategy, and competitor activities in the region. Collaborate with the marketing team for local campaigns, promotions, and branding. Ensure timely order fulfilment, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. Oversee collections, and resolve channel conflicts effectively. Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 5–10 years of experience in TBB tyre sales in Uttar Pradesh. Strong knowledge of the North Indian tyre market and regional dynamics. Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills. Proficiency in Hindi and English (other regional languages are a plus). Willingness to travel extensively across the northern states.
