Job Description

Typing and Formatting Study Material: Type handwritten or dictated academic content into digital format using word processors. Format documents according to institute standards for layout, font, headings, and diagrams. Subject-Specific Support: Type content across various subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, etc., including equations, charts, and symbols. Use tools like MS Word, MS Excel, or subject-specific editors as needed. Question Paper & Assignment Preparation: Type mock tests, quizzes, worksheets, and answer keys as per faculty instructions. Ensure clarity and consistency in formatting to make material student-friendly. Proof reading and Quality Check: Review typed material for grammatical, spelling, and formatting errors. Coordinate with subject experts to ensure accuracy and completeness of content. Content Management: Maintain an organized digital archive of all study materials for easy access and updates. Rename, categorize, and store files systematically in shared drives or content management systems. Coordination and Communication: Work closely with faculty members, designers, and printers to finalize and dispatch materials. Communicate progress or delays in task completion to the supervisor or department head. Confidentiality and Accuracy: Handle examination and internal test content with complete confidentiality. Double-check sensitive materials to prevent typographical errors or data leaks.
