Two Wheeler Sales Manager

As an Ather Electric Two-Wheeler Sales Manager based in Erode, you will play a crucial role in leading the sales team to drive performance, develop effective sales strategies, achieve sales targets, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include managing sales operations, maintaining customer satisfaction, collaborating with various departments, and staying informed about market trends and competitor activities. Your key responsibilities will involve developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for two-wheelers, mentoring and managing the sales team, conducting market research, fostering relationships with customers and stakeholders, coordinating with the marketing team for promotional campaigns, monitoring competitor activities, managing sales budgets and performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in sales management, ideally within the automotive or two-wheeler industry, possess strong leadership and team management skills, exhibit excellent communication and negotiation abilities, demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, thrive in a dynamic environment, and have a deep understanding of market trends and customer preferences. Your goals will include achieving monthly and annual sales targets, driving revenue growth, increasing market share, building a high-performing sales team, and enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.
