We streamline onboarding, scheduling, communication, and secure payments, allowing educators to focus on teaching. Currently in our launch phase, we are onboarding our first 500 tutors with zero platform fee, offering flexible scheduling, reliable payouts, and marketing support. Our mission is to build a vibrant learning ecosystem where educators thrive, and learners achieve more.

Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Tutor/Trainer/Instructor. The responsibilities include delivering high-quality tutoring sessions, designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, and tailoring teaching methods to meet the needs of learners. The Tutor will also be responsible for tracking student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining regular communication with students and parents.

Qualifications

• Experience in tutoring, training, or coaching in subjects such as academics, languages, skills, or hobbies
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in using online teaching tools and platforms, and familiarity with e-learning methodologies
• Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual learner needs and goals
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for education
• Relevant certifications or degrees in education, teaching, or related fields are a plus
