Currently in our launch phase, we are onboarding our first 500 tutors with zero commission. Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Tutor/Trainer/Instructor. The individual in this role will be responsible for conducting online tutoring sessions, developing lesson plans, assessing student progress, providing personalized support, and maintaining regular communication with students and parents. The role also involves creating engaging educational content tailored to individual student needs and effectively utilizing the Xplooreze platform for scheduling and secure payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in tutoring, training, or instructing in subjects such as academics, languages, skills, or hobbies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students and parents
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans and assess student progress
• Proficiency in using online learning platforms for effective remote teaching
• Organizational skills to manage flexible scheduling and reliable payouts
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in the subject area being taught
• Passion for education and dedication to helping students achieve their learning goals
• Experience working in an online learning environment or edtech platform is a plus
